Whole experience was excellent. Got an appointment quickly, love the online option. The team at precision makes great use of technology while keeping the experience human. Got an email once I made the appt with photos of the possible techs who would be arriving. Marco was our tech, he called to let us know when he would arrive within the appt window and arrived exactly when he said he would. Marco was efficient and knowledgeable and was able to address our issues effectively. He fixed the broken spring that was our primary issue and pretty much rehabbed the whole door so that it is now whisper quiet raising and lowering. Previously it was wake the dead noisy. Would absolutely recommend Precision, and would use them again. We are pretty picky and these guys are well deserving of the solid reviews.

Chris showed up early and did a fantastic job of explaining my garage door problem to me. He was able to change out an outdated spring system on both of my doors. He was very polite, professional, and cleaned up behind himself. A+ rating to him and Precision Garage Door for a job well done!
