Called Precision Door and they were very prompt is responding and in scheduling someone to come out. I needed a garage door installed. Technician Roland Pitts came out and explained my options to me. I was unaware I needed a plug in the garage celling. I thought the system just tied into the wiring on the celling light like a celling fan. Doing that would invalidate the warranty on the unit, Rather than running an extension cord along the celling and down the wall to an outlet I postponed the install and bit the bullet to have an outlet installed. The outlet was installed the next morning. I called Precision and they scheduled Roland to come back out. He was there within a couple of hours. He installed the opener, replaced my old metal rollers with quitter a smoother operation nylon ones, and went over all operation options with me. I was very pleased with service, price, and my new Liftmaster opener.
