Quick to promise installation and take my $ 6,000 deposit. But then no more communication, no installation date as promised. Owner Kristy sends out e-Mails with “noreply” origination and consequently does not answer to reply’s and questions. Technician Drey ignores texts to his cell phone although he encouraged me to check in with him anytime when he took my check. NO SERVICE HAS BEEN PERFORMED. $ 6,000 for gate operator have been taken.

Worthy of Six Stars. Evan provided prompt, skilled, cost-effective and wonderfully cheerful customer service. While explaining a variety of options, he helped me find one that fit my budget for the current time while leaving open future options. I could not be more pleased with Precision or with Evan.

Lamar came out to replace our garage door a little over a week ago. I didn’t know this would be a one man show, but he handled it well and installed the new panels with great precision. I’m glad Joe Allen, who came out a few months ago to resolve another issue, recommended insulated door panels. My garage is now much cooler and has a better seal than the garage door that was installed by my builder. I will continue to use Precision for all my garage maintenance needs.

Conner came out and gave us an estimate. He was very thorough and helpful with any questions we had. We plan on ordering my new doors this next week.

Precisioun has 24/7 Customer Service. I made a call late on Wednesday evening and they got a technician scheduled to come out Friday morning between 8-10. Technician arrived prompt (actually around 7:15am) and diagnosed the problem quickly, discussed pricing, and answered our questions/concerns regarding our sensor eyes and wanting those replaced. He was able to replace the cables, sensors, and ensure all was working properly very quickly. If we ever need a full replacement or new opener, we know who to call!

Ronald was very well informed about the product he was installing. He was very helpful and friendly and gave us some helpful tips on our existing garage door opener. He even walked us through the process of opening the garage door during an electrical outage. He courteous and very professional and I enjoyed working with him.
